4. Cancellations
We request that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Short-notice cancellations may result in a fee.

If there is any issue with the service provided, please notify us promptly and we will work to address it.
7. Liability
• Maria's HouseKeeping is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not secured properly by the client.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Acceptance of Risk
By using our services, you acknowledge that certain cleaning tasks may carry risks (e.g., fragile surfaces, items that may shift or fall). You agree to notify us of any delicate or sensitive areas.
